This is the new album, exactly 10 years after "Bloom". Official release date is 25th september 2006, but in the promo sampler they say 18th. A first single is on its way and it's titled "Everytime I want it (effect is monotony)". The video also is available to preview on Tasmin Archer's website. During the shadow's years (between "Bloom" and "On") many songs has been announced, and some of them have been pre-released as demo versions through Tasmin's site for her mailing list's subscribers. Those original songs are actually in the new album, except for some unrelesed ones, like "Age of Eve", "Because", "New life", "Round & round & round", "Rush", "Somebody", "Twilight house" and "Words". According to Tasmin herself (through her official website: don't forget to visit it!!!) only one of those songs have been renamed, and it is "Somebody" that we now know as "A letter to god". The remaining ones could be released eventually as B-sides... |
